With more than 40 years of experience, Bill has a long history of helping CWC develop diversification within the industry and has been instrumental in numerous mentoring programs by various agencies in the metro area.  He joined Coakley & Williams Construction in 1996 and became an equity partner in 2019, as part of a strategic business plan for the company’s future.

As Senior Vice President and a Business Unit Leader, Bill is responsible for the overall direction, successful performance, and financial outcome of Public & Government projects.  He manages multiple projects, teams, and processes ensuring the business unit is profitable, self-sustaining, and grows to meet all corporate financial, growth, and employee development objectives.  Bill has served as Project Executive on numerous projects including office buildings, schools, public libraries, recreation centers, hotels, and country clubs. 

He currently serves on the Board for the Maryland Governor’s Workforce Development and previously served as Chairman of the Board for ABC Chesapeake, ABC Chesapeake Trust, and the Phelps School Committee.
