Project Executive, Science & Technology

Craig brings more than 27 years of construction experience to his role as Project Executive for CWC’s Science & Technology team. His career includes extensive experience delivering laboratory, pharmaceutical, vivarium, Higher Education, and technically complex projects. Craig works closely with clients to deliver the project they envisioned while creating a collaborative team environment that extends from trade partners through the client and project stakeholders.

Prior to joining CWC, Craig spent more than 25 years with Whiting-Turner and Plano-Coudon, where he led numerous laboratory, pharmaceutical, research, and university projects. His notable experience includes the National Aquarium Animal Care and Rescue Center, a state-of-the-art offsite animal care facility in Baltimore; the Leidos Building 539 laboratory, BSL3, and vivarium renovations for NIH and NCI at Fort Detrick; and the University of Maryland, Baltimore Medical Science Teaching Facility HVAC upgrades, which involved replacing HVAC systems throughout an occupied nine story laboratory and vivarium building while maintaining operations. Craig also led construction of the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Baltimore, one of the region’s most recognizable destination projects.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and maintains OSHA 30 and USACE Construction Quality Management certifications. He serves as Social Committee Co-Chair for the ISPE Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter and is President of the Elkridge Heritage Society. An avid mountain biker, Craig is also a certified mountain bike instructor and has led weekly rides for local mountain biking organizations for more than 10 years, as well as an industry happy hour ride which brings together professionals outside of the traditional work environment.
