With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Lisa oversees CWC’s marketing, communications, and pursuits functions, supporting the company’s growth, positioning, and long-term strategy. As a member of the Leadership Team and an equity partner, she contributes to enterprise planning, organizational initiatives, and cross-functional alignment across the business.

Since joining CWC in 2017, Lisa has played a significant role in strengthening the company’s brand presence and evolving marketing into a strategic driver of growth. Under her leadership, CWC has expanded its digital presence, enhanced pursuit strategy and execution, and strengthened alignment between marketing, business development, preconstruction, and operations.

Prior to joining CWC, Lisa spent a decade leading marketing initiatives for office and multifamily developments at The JBG Companies. She became an equity partner at CWC in 2020 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2023.

Lisa has been actively involved with NAIOP DC|MD for nearly 20 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Her industry leadership has been recognized by NAIOP at both the local and national levels, and she has led strategic initiatives within the organization reflecting her longstanding leadership and engagement within the commercial real estate industry.
