Building talent is paramount to our industry's future success. CWC offers high school and college paid opportunities to train onsite as a Project Engineer or learn the business side in Preconstruction or Corporate Services.

Interns will gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of construction and learn the mechanics of what it takes to be a professional in this industry. They will also receive OSHA 10 training & certification.

Our 12-week in-house and onsite program highlights all facets of our company and our core values, including Safety, Construction Technology, Preconstruction, Acquisitions, Marketing, Leadership Training, Team Building Skills, and more.
