Quentin brings more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in occupational health and safety, delivering exceptional results across construction, aviation, maritime, electrical, and federal operations environments. Recognized for building high-performing safety cultures and driving operational excellence, Quentin has consistently led organizations to achieve superior regulatory compliance, incident reduction, and workforce engagement in some of the nation’s most complex and high-risk industries.
Quentin’s commitment to leadership and service extends beyond the workplace. He is a member of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Virginia, where he actively contributes to humanitarian and community outreach initiatives that support underserved communities and promote civic engagement. He is also an active member of the American Red Cross, the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), the Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Council, and the Chesapeake Regional Safety Council, reinforcing his dedication to advancing safety excellence, professional development, and industry leadership.
A former U.S. Army Infantry Sniper and Range Safety professional, Quentin brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to leadership, safety management, and operational readiness. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Science in Occupational, Environmental, and Safety Management from Honolulu Community College.
