Corey Murphy
Director of Preconstruction

Corey has been cultivating strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for almost 20 years.  As the Director of Preconstruction, he is responsible for the professional development and management of all base building preconstruction managers.  While overseeing all bidding and negotiated work, securing new work through bids, preconstruction services and interviews, and managing the deadlines for all preconstruction deliverables, Corey has developed new strategies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity for the organization. 

Prior to joining CWC in 2004, Corey served in the United States Army as a Tank Mechanic in Germany and Kuwait, where he was awarded an Army Achievement Medal.  He also held a management position at Teltronic, Inc., the largest Motorola dealer on the East coast, where he was recognized as employee of the month on multiple occasions.
