With more than 35 years of experience, Greg provides executive leadership of CWC's construction operations - building leaders and empowering teams to deliver successful projects in all business sectors including life science, education, hospitality, community, commercial, industrial, interiors and multifamily. Greg became an equity partner in 2019, as part of a strategic business plan for the company’s future. His extensive construction experience, strategic business perspective, and innovative approaches help CWC build more efficient processes and teams, delivering a first-class experience to our clients.
After earning a degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Maryland, where he played football, Greg took his talents to a different field and joined Coakley & Williams Construction in 1986. He is a certified LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) by USGBC and Designated Design-Build Professional by DBIA. Greg is a Past Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Metropolitan Washington and a Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for St. John’s Prospect Hall. He was honored with the McElroy Award from the Friends of Catholic Education.
