Connor Groh
Controller

Connor provides leadership for the accounting department, focusing on implementing internal controls, treasury and banking functions, and performing financial analysis, and is responsible for preparing financial statements.

With almost 10 years of experience, Connor is skilled in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. He is a licensed CPA in Maryland.  Prior to joining CWC in 2021, he held a manager position at the accounting firm Grant Thornton LLP for 7 years where he primarily served public companies in the construction and manufacturing industries. 

Connor volunteers as a Board Director of the Baltimore Community Toolbank, which serves community-based organizations by providing tools, equipment & expertise to empower their most ambitious goals.  He is an active member of professional accounting associations AICPA & MACPA and is also a proud member of the UMD Alumni Association, having earned degrees in both Finance & Accounting from the Robert H. Smith Business School at the University of Maryland College Park.
