Jeff has been part of CWC for nearly four decades and is one of the most respected field leaders within the company. With more than 45 years of construction experience, he has played a key role in delivering many of CWC’s most complex and high-profile projects across the education, federal, multifamily, and institutional markets throughout the DMV. As a Construction Executive, Jeff is known for his calm leadership style, deep construction knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships with everyone on site, from clients and trade partners to the field teams he mentors every day.

Jeff’s leadership is grounded in experience and craftsmanship. Having spent his career in the field, he brings a practical, solutions driven approach to construction, with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and teamwork. He is especially valued for his ability to lead large, fast paced projects while maintaining a collaborative and respectful jobsite culture that people genuinely enjoy being part of. Throughout his long tenure at CWC, Jeff has earned the trust of both clients and colleagues through consistency, integrity, and a strong commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys woodworking and carpentry, passions that reflect the hands-on craftsmanship and attention to detail that have defined his career in construction.
