With more than 35 years of experience, Terrence provides executive leadership for the company’s preconstruction, design-build, estimating, business development, and contract formation functions.  He joined CWC in 1985 as a summer job the week after graduating high school.  The following year, he moved into estimating, working flexible hours year-round while he studied mechanical engineering at Cornell University and later earned a degree in Business Administration from Loyola University.  Terrence became an equity partner in 2019, as part of a strategic business plan for the company’s future.

Terrence puts a particular personal emphasis and focus on the professional development and advancement of newer members of the team.  Having spent his entire career at CWC, he encourages lifelong learning and gaining valuable perspective, inspiring several of his colleagues to make lateral changes within the company - across departments, from a field position to the office, and vice versa - finding the career where they can excel the most.

He is a certified LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) by USGBC and Designated Design-Build Professional by DBIA. Terrence is the Past President of the Gonzaga Fathers Club, Past President of the Georgetown Visitation Fathers Club, and sits on the Board of Trustees of St. Anselm’s Abbey School.
