Sara joined CWC as Executive Director of Human Resources, bringing nearly two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, leadership development, and organizational growth. In her role, she leads CWC’s human resources strategy and partners with leaders across the company to support our people, strengthen teams, develop talent, and foster an employee experience that supports both individual and organizational success.

Prior to joining CWC, Sara served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Clark Construction, where she supported the Capital Group, Asset Solutions Group, and corporate teams. She partnered with business leaders on talent strategy, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational growth. Her career also includes human resources and talent roles with Fannie Mae, Washington REIT, Freddie Mac, and IBM, giving her experience across the construction, real estate, and financial services industries.

Sara has a bachelor's in economics from the College and William and Mary, and a master's in industrial / organizational psychology from George Mason University. Her broad experience and people focused approach make her a key resource to CWC’s leadership team as the company continues to invest in its people, culture, and future growth.
