Dany joined CWC with over 20 years of experience in multifamily, residential, senior living, government, and commercial projects. As a Project Executive, he brings decisive leadership, fostering collaboration and ensuring quality and efficiency across all phases of construction. His expertise includes project planning, client relations, and the delivery of large-scale residential communities and senior living facilities. Dany is also recognized for mentoring and developing high-performing project teams to achieve client-focused results.

Dany focuses primarily on multifamily and residential housing projects, leading complex developments such as the 1313 L Street NW conversion in Washington, DC, a 10-story office-to-residential project creating 222 urban apartment units, and the Lerner Black Hill Community in Germantown, MD, a luxury apartment complex spanning 110 acres. He has also delivered noteworthy senior living projects, including Artis Senior Living of Wilmette, a 65,000-square-foot memory care and assisted living facility, and Artis Senior Living of Lakeview, a $60 million, 97,000-square-foot community in Chicago.

Dany holds a Masters of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Tennessee and is a PMP-certified professional. His dedication to building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering strategic results makes him a key leader at CWC.
