About CWC’s Internship Program
We are happy to welcome the talented interns joining our 2023 Summer Internship program. We eagerly anticipate the energy, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas they will bring to our organization. With our commitment to nurturing their growth, providing enriching construction experiences, and fostering a collaborative environment, we are confident that this Summer will be a transformative and rewarding chapter in their professional journeys. Caitlin Shirvinski, Field Engineer, decided to join CWC full time after graduating from University of Mary Washington.
Getting Back into the Groove
Several of the 2023 Summer interns are returning after a great experience in the 2022 Summer Internship program. Michael from George Mason University is returning for the third Summer in a row, and Fatou from Penn State, Tenny from Virginia Tech, and Justin from Saint Joseph’s University are returning for the second year in a row. We also hired several interns to work full-time at CWC, including Solomon Alvarez-Gibson as a Project Engineer, Caitlin Shirvinski as a Field Engineer, Trayvon Larkins as an Occupational Health & Safety Engineer, and Sophia Ford as a Pursuit Coordinator. We are proud that these young builders chose to continue their professional careers with CWC. We’re hiring! See our open positions.
