CWC’s commitment to community goes beyond building structures—we’re focused on building futures. As a proud Corporate Sponsor of Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School’s (DBCR) Corporate Work Study Program, we have welcomed many talented interns into our company, helping them gain real-world experience while guiding their career paths.

Our partnership with DBCR has been a cornerstone of our high school internship program, providing students with hands-on experience in the construction industry. These internships offer students invaluable exposure to our project teams, company leadership, and everyday challenges in the field, all while contributing meaningfully to CWC’s projects. Many of these students continue to grow with us, either as college interns or full-time employees.

One such student, Angie Perdomo, a current Don Bosco high school student interning with our preconstruction team, was recently featured on Fox5’s local news while promoting the 3rd Annual Cristo Rey Cup.

Our relationship with DBCR has also brought us graduates like Analyse, who interned with us throughout high school, graduated, and is now continuing her internship with CWC while attending college. Analyse recently reflected, "DBCR’s Work-Study Program taught me different skills I will use now and in the future. CWC has provided me with the resources I need to succeed and working alongside so many passionate professionals has been an incredible experience."

Another great success story from this partnership is Manny, who interned with our accounting department while attending DBCR. Today, Manny is a full-time employee in our preconstruction department, embodying the potential and growth we strive to foster through this program.

CWC is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of construction industry leaders. Through partnerships with schools like Don Bosco Cristo Rey and Phelps ACE Academy, we are investing in the future of our company and community.

We wish the Don Bosco Wolfpack success on and off the field as they defend the Cristo Rey Champion title!
