CWC's Building the DMV Workshop: Interns Learn the Power of Building Your Brand & Networking

CWC's Lisa Schlossberg and Tyler Merrill Present on Soft Skills in the Workplace

Our own Lisa Schlossberg (Director of Marketing & Communications) and Tyler Merrill (Director of Strategic Parnterships) delivered a presentation on the importance of soft skills in the workplace.

Strengthening Soft Skills in the AEC Industry

CWC held a workshop for interns and recent graduates from our company and some of our partner companies within the dynamic AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, including Blue Skye Construction, MGAC, WB Engineers + Consultants, and Gensler. The workshop was not your typical run-of-the-mill lecture but an immersive learning experience designed to shape young professionals into well-rounded leaders.

With a carefully curated agenda, Director of Strategic Partnerships Tyler Merrill and Director of Marketing & Communications Lisa Schlossberg delved into mastering soft skills, tips for effective networking, harnessing the power of LinkedIn, the importance of a professional headshot, and crafting a remarkable personal brand.
