CWC Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer Stacy BenEzra Bell
Coakley & Williams Construction is pleased to welcome Stacy BenEzra Bell as our new Chief Financial Officer. Stacy joins CWC’s executive leadership team at an exciting time, as we continue to grow strategically and build on a strong foundation of operational excellence and trusted partnerships.

As CFO, Stacy will help guide CWC’s financial strategy to support our continued success. She will lead planning and analysis, oversee financial reporting, and support our efforts to grow thoughtfully and responsibly. She’ll also help maintain the strong relationships we’ve built with our banking, legal, insurance, and other financial partners, ensuring we remain well-positioned for the future.
Stacy brings a broad range of experience across finance, real estate, and construction. Most recently Inova Health Systemntly, she served as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate at Inova Health System, where she oversaw a portfolio of more than 3 million square feet and managed $150–200 million in design and construction projects annually. She previously led capital planning and budgeting efforts on Inova’s Corporate Finance team and began her career as a CPA and auditor in the DMV.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and significant coursework in Marketing from the University of Virginia and holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.
A firm believer in community engagement, Stacy is part of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington’s Community Leaders Program, an active member of NAIOP VA, and an adjunct professor at George Mason University’s College of Public Health. She recently joined CWC colleagues volunteering at A Wider Circle’s Home Reimagined event, reflecting her immediate connection with our values.
