Megan Ross Named ASA Metro Washington Project Manager of the Year

The CWC team joined Megan at the Subby Awards to celebrate her second consecutive “Project Manager of the Year” award

We are proud to share that Megan Ross has been named Project Manager of the Year by the American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington.

This recognition is especially meaningful as Megan has received this honor for the second consecutive year.

Megan’s leadership, consistency, and commitment to her teams have made a lasting impact across the projects she leads. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and keep teams aligned from preconstruction through completion.

Her work reflects the way we approach every project. Collaboration, accountability, and a focus on delivering the best possible outcome for our clients and partners.

“Megan brings a level of consistency and leadership that makes a difference on every project,” said President Greg Harraka. “She builds strong teams, earns the trust of our partners, and represents the way we want to operate as a company.”

For Megan, success comes down to the people around her.

Megan joined CWC in 2016 and has contributed to dozens of projects across various sectors

"It is an honor to receive this award once, but to receive it twice means everything. I want to be the partner trade partners choose to work with, and having them select me for this award again this year means all of the collaboration, conversations, and challenges we work through have built a network of strong relationships."

We are proud to have Megan on our team and grateful for the impact she continues to make across our projects and our company.
