The CWC team celebrated being recognized as “General Contractor of the Year” at the ASAMW Subby Awards

We are proud to share that Coakley & Williams Construction has been named General Contractor of the Year by the American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington in the $250M–$500M category.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes from the subcontractor community. The relationships we build with our trade partners are critical to every project we deliver.

Our work is built on collaboration. From preconstruction through project completion, we rely on the expertise, communication, and commitment of our trade partners to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

We believe strong partnerships are built on trust, respect, and accountability. That means clear communication, fair dealing, and a shared commitment to doing the job the right way.

This recognition reflects the teams in the field and in the office who work alongside our trade partners every day.

We are grateful to the American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington and to the trade partners who continue to build with us.

In addition to this recognition, we are proud to celebrate our team members who were honored by ASA Metro Washington.

Megan Ross was named Project Manager of the Year for a second year in a row, recognizing her continued leadership and commitment to delivering successful projects.

Isaac Clarke was named a finalist for Safety Manager of the Year, and the Carl F. West team was recognized as a finalist for the Great Team Award.

We are proud of the individuals and teams who represent Coakley & Williams Construction and the work they do every day.
