Westmont Apartments & Retail

CWC partnered with Republic Properties Group & Lessard Design to deliver the award-winning Westmont Apartments & Retail, a 6-story mixed-use development in the heart of the DMV. Spanning nearly 400,000 SF, the project includes 250 apartments, underground parking, retail spaces, and modern resident amenities. Through strategic preconstruction planning and expert project execution, we ensured a seamless delivery that earned recognition as the 2024 Multifamily Project of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV).
