CWC played a crucial role in delivering preconstruction and construction services for Republic Properties Group in the development of the Westmont Apartments & Retail project. This ambitious redevelopment project included the demolition of the pre-existing shopping center and the subsequent construction of an impressive 6-story mixed-use building. The new building boasts 250 apartments, along with below-ground parking facilities, street-level retail spaces, and an array of resident amenities such as a lounge, fitness center, conference room, and much more.
