The five-story development includes 93 apartments designed to support student life alongside approximately 40,000 square feet of commercial space, home to the Howard University Alumni Center.

Designed to foster both community and academic success, The Oliver offers modern residences with built-in study spaces, collaborative lounges, fitness amenities, rooftop gathering areas, and outdoor spaces overlooking Howard University's campus. The project also strengthens the connection between the university and the surrounding neighborhood through active ground-floor uses, landscaped public spaces, and architecture inspired by Howard's history and cultural identity.
