Coakley & Williams Construction provided pre-construction and construction services for The Oliver, located at 2711 Georgia Avenue in Washington DC. The site is located adjacent to Howard University’s campus and houses office space for the University and 93 rental apartments geared towards Howard students. Construction included 3 levels of below-grade parking, 2 levels of concrete podium, and 3 levels of wood framing. This mixed-use project also features 40,000 SF of commercial space being leased back to Howard and a roof top area.
