Coakley & Williams Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for a new luxury apartment home community consisting of twelve garden style apartment buildings, seven detached garage buildings, a clubhouse with an outdoor saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, an expansive fitness center, a billiards room, a maintenance building and a trash compactor.
The one to three bedroom apartment homes are complete with granite counter tops, sleek cabinetry, hardwood-style plank flooring, walk-in closets, and private balconies.
