Coakley & Williams Construction provided preconstruction and construction services for a brand new HUD-financed podium apartment project consisting of 255 residential dwelling units in Silver Spring, MD. The project consists of high-end public space wood and metals millwork with various amenities including a sophisticated club room, separate media viewing room, two amenity courtyard and pool spaces as well as a rooftop exterior lounge space.
The four-story apartment buildings wrap around and connect to a five-story precast parking garage, and the courtyards consist entirely of hardscape, pool and micro-bioretention facilities.
