This HUD-financed mixed-use residential project delivers 255 luxury apartment units in the heart of Silver Spring, blending upscale living with thoughtfully crafted amenity spaces. The podium-style development features custom wood and metal millwork throughout, enhancing high-end common areas such as a refined club room, a dedicated media screening lounge, two landscaped amenity courtyards, a resort-style pool, and a rooftop lounge with sweeping views.

The four-story residential structures wrap a five-level precast concrete parking garage, seamlessly integrating form and function while maximizing site efficiency. Courtyards are extensively landscaped with a mix of hardscaping, plantings, and micro-bioretention features to support stormwater management and resident wellbeing. Preconstruction and construction services were provided from concept through closeout, ensuring alignment with HUD financing requirements, schedule constraints, and the architectural vision.
