Superintendents Tee Off at Topgolf
Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) recently hosted a team outing for all superintendents (including safety managers) at the new Topgolf in Germantown, MD. The event gave team members an opportunity to take off their hard hats and have a relaxing time with their peers: “It’s awesome to be a part of a company that feels more like a family. Taking the time to show appreciation by affording the opportunity to unwind in the midst of our busy industry goes a long way. Sometimes it’s the small things that matter most,” said Safety Manager, Chris Harris.
Superintendent, Luis Garcia, shared similar thoughts: “Field meetings are really important to know each other better and develop a sense of belonging. This is beneficial to promote teamwork and strengthen relationships with your project team or people that you are going to work with in the future. I always have a great time during these meetings.”
