Held at the Maryland Live! Casino & Hotel in Hanover, MD, the summit featured a comprehensive agenda, including keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. The day commenced with registration and breakfast, followed by a morning keynote on 'Rightsizing vs. Downsizing' presented by Chad Prinkey of Well Built Construction Consulting.
