Stacy BenEzra Bell
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Stacy BenEzra Bell is CWC’s Chief Financial Officer and a key member of the firm’s executive leadership team. She guides the company’s financial strategy and planning to support continued growth, operational excellence, and strong external partnerships across banking, legal, insurance, and more.
Stacy launched her career in the DMV as a CPA and auditor before expanding into financial planning and analysis across various industries. After spending ten years in New York, she returned to the region in 2008 and has called it home ever since. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate at Inova Health System, where she managed a real estate portfolio of more than 3 million square feet and led $150–200 million in design and construction projects each year. Before that, she played a key role in budgeting and capital planning on Inova’s Corporate Finance team.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and significant coursework in Marketing from the University of Virginia, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.
Stacy is part of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington’s Community Leaders Program, an active member of NAIOP VA, and an adjunct professor at George Mason University College of Public Health. She enjoys learning languages and playing music. She has three grown children and lives in Arlington, VA, with her husband, Brian, and their labradoodle.
