We provided preconstruction and construction services for the Paulist Fathers’ Residence & Mission House in Washington, DC. The project involved building a new mission house with 14 bedrooms, 8 study rooms, a space for gathering & worship, and other various amenities. The new residence also features a state-of-the-art media center that will be used to produce and distribute digital media.

The new building serves as a home for Paulist seminarians and novices while they study nearby at The Catholic University of America. It is located in the Brookland neighborhood, which is often referred to as “Little Rome” due to the numerous Catholic institutions located there, including The Catholic University of America, Trinity College, and the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
