This Prince George’s County project was the second phase of an interior renovation to accommodate the Prince George’s District 8 Police Department. The renovation included (3) administrative/ training floors, main entry lobby, and a basement parking garage (1st, 2nd, 5th, and garage level). Some of the features included blast resistant exterior improvements, terrazzo floors, and secured vehicle parking structures. We were responsible for MEP, flooring, interior & exterior concrete, finishes, ACT, bathroom fixtures and partitions, lockers and gun lockers. We also furnished and installed new electrical work in the freestanding parking garage structure. The project was performed as a joint venture partnership between Coakley & Williams Construction and Warren Brothers Construction.
