About the Project

CohnReznick is the eleventh largest public accounting firm in the United States. The CohnReznick project was an interior renovation of 61,702 sf designed to promote team collaboration to provide audit, assurance and tax services, as well as provide a space to comfortably meet with current and potential clients. CWC was able to execute DCS Design’s vision in creating a space that is open and inviting using floor-to-ceiling glass partitions; marble-like tile; custom millwork; large displays that support video conferencing; ample seating and lounge spaces.

CohnReznick’s new space includes a renovation of the elevator lobby; reception area; conference rooms; open area workstations; private offices; huddle rooms; game room; LAN room; and support areas such as copy spaces; mailroom; kitchen; catering space and coffee areas.

Repeat Client

Originally slated to do the fourth floor, CWC was invited back to do the fifth floor, due to CohnReznick’s satisfaction with the work completed on the first project. Shortly after beginning the fifth floor, COVID-19 hit, presenting a unique and unprecedented challenge. While this threatened to delay the project’s completion, the CWC team adapted quickly and delivered the project on time.

Construction continues on with the fifth floor offices.
