The renovation of 2440 M Street NW transformed the building’s lobby and exterior façade, enhancing accessibility, functionality, and the overall tenant and visitor experience. Completed within a fully occupied medical office building, the project required meticulous planning, phased execution, and continuous coordination to maintain safe, uninterrupted access for patients, healthcare providers, and visitors throughout construction.

The improvements focused on creating a more welcoming and intuitive arrival experience, with upgraded lobby finishes, enhanced building access, and exterior façade enhancements designed to improve both aesthetics and usability. Particular attention was given to accessibility, ensuring the renovated spaces better accommodate individuals with mobility challenges and support the needs of the building’s healthcare-oriented tenant population.

Through careful sequencing and proactive communication with building management and occupants, the project team successfully delivered a modernized entrance experience while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
