Hard Hats on Her Home Turf: Caitlin Shirvinski Featured in VISI Magazine

CWC Project Engineer Caitlin Shirvinski’s connection to Georgetown Visitation’s Nolan Center has come full circle.

As a Visitation student, Caitlin worked behind the scenes on the Nolan Center’s technical crew. Years later, she returned to the same space as a Project Engineer with Coakley & Williams Construction, helping manage the renovation and refresh of the auditorium and lobbies.

In the Summer 2026 issue of VISI Magazine, Caitlin shares how her CWC internship led to a career in construction, what she enjoys about building educational spaces, and why returning to work on a place that played an important role in her own education was especially meaningful.
