The project will be built on the Naval Academy’s campus and will join a long list of projects CWC has built or renovated in the state’s capital, which includes Preble Hall Museum, Annapolis Yacht Club, and The Maryland State House (along with four other government buildings at the State Government Complex).

The scope of work involves the demolition of three existing buildings, site work to include landscaping, a concrete spread footing foundation system, two (2) story steel structure with concrete pan deck, brick and glass exterior cladding, roof decks, VRF HVAC system, electrical and life safety systems, elevators, telecommunication wiring, and new finishes.
