Olawale (Kenny) Adekunle
Project Executive

Kenny has over 20 years of construction experience overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from luxury multifamily and mixed-use projects to student housing, healthcare, laboratories, commercial, and DOD testing facilities. As Project Executive, he oversees construction operations from start to finish while building and maintaining client relations. Some of his recent notable projects include multifamily apartments in Baltimore, DC, and National Harbor and student housing, hospital, and research facilities for Johns Hopkins.

Kenny is a U.S. Army Veteran, an ASCE and NSBE Associate member, and is actively involved in ACE mentoring. Before Joining CWC in 2023, he worked for Bozzuto Construction and Clark Construction Group. Kenny earned a Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.), a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University and an MBA from American Intercontinental University.
