VIDEO: Celebrating Women in Construction Week 2018

Coakley & Williams Construction is excited to kick-off Women in Construction (WIC) Week by recognizing and honoring our female colleagues whose contributions to the construction industry extend far beyond our building portfolio.

The national campaign for WIC Week was started by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Sixteen actively employed women in the industry had the foresight to create an atmosphere where they could network and support each other both personally and professionally, giving them the confidence to reach for and achieve their goals.

Dedicated to promoting the growth and enhancing the successes of Coakley & Williams' female employees, the CWC Women's Group aims to improve the corporate culture by focusing on professional development, relationships, and attracting and retaining top talent. The group collaborates on an annual calendar of events, striking a balance between work and play.
