The Fluegel Alumni Center serves as the headquarters of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation, bringing together administrative offices, event venues, and alumni gathering spaces within a single purpose-built facility. Designed to reflect the Academy's history and traditions, the building features modern workspaces, flexible banquet and meeting spaces, outdoor terraces overlooking College Creek, and underground parking.

Construction included demolition of three existing buildings and the construction of a two-story steel structure with brick and glass façades, roof decks, high-performance building systems, and premium interior finishes. Built on a constrained waterfront site adjacent to the U.S. Naval Academy, the project required extensive coordination, just-in-time material deliveries, and utility tie-ins with the U.S. Navy. The completed facility provides a lasting home for the Alumni Association & Foundation while creating a place where graduates can gather, celebrate, and remain connected to the Academy for generations to come.
