Supporting the continued growth of the Universities at Shady Grove campus, this design-build project delivered a six-story, 607-space parking garage that enhanced campus accessibility and circulation. Designed to complement the surrounding academic buildings, the precast concrete structure features thin brick detailing and was constructed alongside extensive site improvements, including new roadways, utilities, landscaped pedestrian areas, and surface parking. Sustainable design elements, including rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient lighting, solar-powered site lighting, and water-efficient landscaping, contributed to a high-performing campus infrastructure project.
