Coakley & Williams Construction was awarded the approximately $2 million build-out of Subject Matter’s 25,000 sf headquarters space. Previously located at two different locations in DC, they were looking forward to relocating into one main headquarters space to better help service their clients interested in government relations and lobbying efforts. Their new space includes the build-out of enclosed private offices; open area workstations; conference and teaming rooms; LAN room; support spaces such as copy & pantry room; broadcast studio, control room, edit rooms, audio booth and green room.
