Sheridan School is undergoing a two-story addition and renovation encompassing 5,245 square feet, designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing two-story structure. The project features a primary steel framework with a cantilevered façade and includes the addition of new meeting rooms, classrooms, and event spaces. A key component of the renovation is the installation of the school’s first elevator, enhancing accessibility throughout the facility. This also includes comprehensive MEP upgrades to be integrated into the existing building systems. Additionally, the project focuses on enhancing safety, security, and accessibility with various exterior site improvements. This renovation aims to provide a modernized, functional environment that meets the evolving needs of the school community.
