After successfully completing Seyfarth Shaw's Washington, DC office renovation in 2010, the firm once again selected Coakley & Williams Construction a decade later to modernize its workplace at 975 F Street NW. The phased renovation transformed five occupied floors into a sophisticated, hospitality-inspired environment designed to enhance collaboration, elevate the client experience, and support the firm's evolving workplace needs.

The project introduced a new reception and conference center, café and dining space, refreshed office environments, and upgraded collaboration areas, all delivered through carefully sequenced construction that allowed the firm to maintain operations throughout the renovation. Rich architectural details, including quartz and mosaic feature walls, custom millwork, demountable glass partitions, banquet seating, and acoustic ceiling systems, create a refined workplace that reflects Seyfarth Shaw's global brand and reinforces the trust built through a decade-long client relationship.
