This project consisted of a life science conversion of a three-building property. The scope of work included six spec labs, renovation of the lobby & restrooms, a new common lab equipment room, a new roof, exterior cosmetic upgrades, and infrastructure upgrades. The shared lab equipment room contains a glass wash, reverse osmosis water system, and autoclave.

Conveniently located near I-270, these labs offer life science users “plug and play” spaces immediately ready for use, with some flexibility for tenant customization.
