Coakley & Williams Construction is engaged for preconstruction services for the Potomac Shores project and will be the general contractor throughout the project. Developed by Hines, this multifamily project will consist of a 6-story “wrap” containing approximately 345,000 gross square feet (365 units), 67,000 square feet of circulation and mechanical space, and 11,500 square feet of interior amenity space. The scope of work also includes an exterior amenity courtyard and a parking garage that will contain approximately 600 stalls. The building will be constructed to meet LEED Silver standards.
