Owner: Department of Transportation & Capital Infrastructure / Loudoun County Board of Supervisors
Architect: FGM Architects
Location: Purcellville, VA
Size: 19,305 SF

This project consists of the new construction of a 19,305 SF Fire and Rescue Station on a 7-acre site in Loudoun County. The facility includes four apparatus bays, bunkrooms, training and break areas, decontamination and gear storage spaces, a breathing apparatus room, fitness room, offices, and other support functions.

The project is being delivered as a ground-up public safety facility with full site development and utility installation, along with coordination of specialized systems to support emergency response operations.

Construction is taking place adjacent to a residential community, requiring thoughtful planning around site logistics, safety, and noise control to minimize disruption while maintaining a secure and well-managed jobsite.
