CWC, in a joint venture with Blue Skye Construction, is engaged for preconstruction services for Park Place Apartments and will be the general contractor throughout the project. Park Place is a Class A apartment and retail project across the street from the Addison Road-Seat Pleasant Metro Station in Prince George’s County. The building will contain 193 units ranging from studio to 3-bedroom apartments designated as affordable housing, with over 12,000 sf of retail space on the ground floor. Tenants will enjoy amenities such as a 24-hour concierge service, a rooftop deck with grilling stations, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a media room, and much more. The project’s green features include Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency HVAC units, electric vehicle charging stations, and a pedestrian-friendly area.
