Boca Restaurant Group selected Coakley & Williams Construction for the interior build-out of their newest restaurant, Nada. The 6,700 SF space is located at the heart of the bustling Pike & Rose development in North Bethesda, Maryland. The Mexican-themed hotspot has an industrial feel with 12 ft ceilings, a millwork bar, and complete back bar with solid wood and stainless-steel finishes. The dining room includes clear sight lines to the large open concept kitchen which encompasses approximately 30% of the overall footprint, equipped with two walk-in coolers.
The owners, design team, and Coakley & Williams Construction paid extraordinary attention to details from the carefully selected hand-painted tile from Mexico to the one of a kind hand-crafted ceramic light fixtures from Kentucky. The restaurant’s large windows boast urban views of the neighborhood’s art murals. Those windows can be opened in the warmer months to bring the outdoors into the environment and they overlook the restaurant’s veranda.
