The Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness center is a 92,513 sf one-story aquatic and recreation facility with a mezzanine directly adjacent to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

The building features several amenities, including a 50m competition pool, a 4,000 SF leisure pool, a three-lane running track, and a fitness center with a cardio area and weight room.

The 10.5 acre site has 233 parking spaces and five stormwater management ponds. This Design-Build project achieved LEED Silver certification through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and includes special glass with "bird frit" due to close proximity to the "Roaches Run" bird sanctuary.
