The Kite TCF05 project involved constructing a 240,000 SF manufacturing facility, comprising a 180,000 SF manufacturing building and a 60,000 SF administrative building for cancer cure research using CAR-T Cell Therapy. Over 24 months, it integrated various disciplines including architectural, structural, mechanical/plumbing, electrical, and security. The project encompassed full site development, architectural elements like large-format porcelain tiles and stone stairs, and structural frameworks with steel construction and spread footings. Mechanical systems feature redundancy with chilled water and heating hot water systems, while electrical infrastructure includes a 2000 KW generator, lighting controls, and security measures. The project consisted of six lab suites: Quality Control, Processing, Packaging, and Inspections suites. With a fast-track schedule and phased permitting, it optimized efficiency and quality, receiving LEED Silver certification. Through meticulous planning and execution, the facility aimed to set new standards in functionality, sustainability, and operational efficiency, poised to empower innovation and economic growth in the manufacturing sector.
