Size: 30,000 SF
Owner: Prince William County
Architect: Architecture Incorporated
Location: Woodbridge, VA
The Homeless Navigation Center East is a 30,000 SF, purpose-built facility designed to strengthen the delivery of emergency shelter and coordinated support services in Prince William County.
Located at 14716 Potomac Mills Road in Woodbridge, the project replaces existing structures on the site with a modern facility providing overnight accommodations for up to 50 adults. The center integrates housing navigation, case management, health and behavioral service connections, employment resources, and public benefits assistance within a single, thoughtfully planned environment. A dedicated Drop-In Center expands daytime access to services and community support.
The project includes full site redevelopment and new ground-up construction designed to support operational efficiency, safety, and long-term durability. Building systems and interior layouts are tailored to the unique needs of service providers and program participants, creating a secure and adaptable environment that enhances coordination and care delivery.
The Homeless Navigation Center East represents a long-term investment in infrastructure that supports community stability and strengthens Prince William County’s approach to addressing homelessness through centralized, integrated services.
