CWC was engaged for preconstruction and construction services to build a new Home 2 Suites by Hilton in the West Falls development. The hotel features 146 units and 5 floors of wood framing over 1 level of concrete podium, along with ground-level retail spaces. The project is built to LEED Silver standards. It is conveniently located less than a mile from the West Falls Chruch Metro station and is only a 25-minute drive from Downtown Washington, DC.

West Falls is a 1.2 million SF mixed-use community set on approximately 9.5 acres. It will deliver a lively mix of apartments & condominiums, senior living, a hotel, dynamic dining & shopping, and a wellness-focused office. There is also almost an acre of open space for public community use to energize the area and bring people together.
