Designed to reflect HMSHost's hospitality-driven culture, this occupied headquarters renovation transformed a second-generation office into a dynamic workplace that serves as both a daily destination for employees and a showcase for clients. The two-floor renovation balances collaboration, innovation, and brand experience through a mix of open work areas, private offices, executive meeting spaces, and an interconnecting staircase that unifies the workplace.

Distinctive amenities, including a fully functional test kitchen and test bar, support the company's culinary innovation while reinforcing its identity as a global leader in food and hospitality. A welcoming reception area, boardroom, conference rooms, and employee engagement spaces create an environment designed to attract top talent, encourage collaboration, and provide an impressive setting for client tours. Completed within an occupied building, the project required careful planning and phased execution to minimize disruption while delivering a refined, high-end workplace.
