Coakley & Williams Construction was awarded the project to expand the offices of Fiscal Note at 1201 Pennsylvania Ave. The headquarters expansion comprised approximately 16,000 sf and included a new stair connecting the 6th and 7th floors of the building.

The finishes are high end, and include a complete replica of the White House Oval Office which match the original in every detail including the resolute desk. Key elements of the space include reception area, conference spaces, open office environment, employee engagement areas, wide interconnecting stair and presentation/theater style seating.
