FiscalNote's headquarters expansion transformed two floors into a highly collaborative workplace connected by a dramatic interconnecting stair. Designed to support innovation, the space features open work areas, conference rooms, employee gathering spaces, presentation and theater-style seating, and a welcoming reception that reflects the company's forward-thinking culture.

A defining feature of the project is a meticulously crafted replica of the White House Oval Office, complete with the iconic Resolute Desk and architectural details that faithfully recreate the original space. Executing the expansion within an occupied office environment required carefully phased construction, just-in-time material deliveries, off-hours work, and extensive noise mitigation to minimize disruption while maintaining an aggressive project schedule.
